Season in Bloom, llc is a boutique design studio specializing in wedding FLORALS AND EVENTS servicing the Atlanta metro area and beyond. With lead designer, lori Parten’s, decades of experience in the flower industry throughout the USA and Holland, you can be assured you are in good hands when it comes to your floral wishes.
After selling her first companies, Affairs of the Heart weddings and Bloemen Wholesale Flowers, Lori moved to the flower capital of the world, Holland, for 20 years where her children “bloomed”. While being a domestic engineer, Lori continued to design flowers and taught floral design workshops from her Victorian Carriage house in the Netherlands. With her move back to the USA she is “starting a new” floral business...a new season in bloom.
Being exposed to the largest flower auction in the world, she acquired a taste for the unique, the unusual, the breathtaking. Once she moved back to Georgia she learned about “Slow Flowers”, A USA movement where flower farmers use sustainable farming practices. They are growing the unique, unusual, breathtaking flowers she was accustomed to and we support them, whenever we can, in our flower purchasing.
Season in Bloom’s design style is “eclectic” meaning all varieties of styles are possible and welcomed including classic, modern contemporary, glamorous, preppy, tropical, rustic country, nautical, romantic, boho, vintage, and whimsical.
